How to make your very own birthday streamers!
You will need:
Paper, Scissors, and Tape
1. Use one hand to hold the scissors and the other to hold the paper.
2. Cut the paper in a spiral direction, moving toward the center of the sheet. As you cut, the paper will form into a curly hanging streamer. Click here to download a template!
3. Tape the streamer to the ceiling or wall.
